AI calculates the current and projected post-renovation value, estimating ROI, IRR, risks, and alternative scenarios (optimistic, baseline, pessimistic). This allows for an objective, data-driven assessment, free from subjective interpretations.

Once the property is acquired, AI generates layout concepts, subdivision diagrams, renderings, and asset marketing. Renovations are designed to be rapid and with streamlined authorization procedures (SCIA), reducing costs and bureaucratic delays.

The work is entrusted to a single main contractor to optimize time, costs, and responsibilities. Abitami maintains centralized control of construction sites through digital dashboards and progress KPIs, ensuring transparency and quality.

Before the work is completed, the property is positioned on the market using AI-generated marketing materials and dynamic pricing strategies. This anticipates demand and optimizes perceived value.

The sale can be made in installments or as a whole, based on the optimal return calculated by the AI. We work with a single advertising partner, while maintaining the ability to directly manage the most strategic negotiations. The goal: maximize returns, minimize time.
