Property qualification
The Abitami AI produces an appraisal, comparable valuation, OMI, and reserve price. The appraisal is validated and signed by a University Professor. Documents are collected in a digital data room (notice of sale, notarial report, technical appraisal, photos, floor plans).
Publication and promotion
The auction is promoted on WeDeels and partner channels. AI targeting is targeted to genuinely interested investors or end customers.
Accreditation
Identification, KYC/AML, and mandatory deposit required to participate. Full access to the digital data room.
Auction process
Award and closing
Awarded to the highest bidder, certified by a notary. Escrow account for the deposit and funds. Notarized deed at closing.
